Super Foods Part 2

We are learning more about exotic foods of the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Many tropical foods have many vitamins and antioxidants to help maintain one's health.Some of these include mango which has lots of vitamin E and is a very potent antioxidant and can help prevent Alzheimer's. Yogurt is common in many countries of the Caucasas and is of a dairy based nature. It contains rich calcium for making strong bones, teeth and muscles, vitamin B for your blood and Magnesium for strong bones, and for keeping your blood vessels from being to tense and therefore reduces blood pressure.
